The Jacobs Golden Eagles basketball squad (Algonquin, IL), lost 50-34 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL)

With the victory, St. Charles East advances its record to 13-11 on the year. The Fighting Saints travel to Lake Park (Roselle, IL) to meet the Lancers in a DuKane battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Lancers enter the battle with a record of 9-16. Lake Park lost 38-30 in their recent non-league battle against Carmel (Mundelein, IL)

The Golden Eagles now own a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cary-Grove for a Fox Valley battle on Tuesday, February 4. Jacobs will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 15-10.
