Washington High School Basketball - Middletown nudges Odessa
February 1, 2025: Odessa, WA 99159 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) and the host Odessa Tigers (Odessa, WA), observed Middletown's basketball team edge Odessa by a score of 101-98.
The Islanders (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons come into the Division II challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Cranston West was tipped by Pilgrim (Warwick, RI), 57-44, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Odessa will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record.
