Georgia High School Basketball - Whitney Young can't get by Milton
February 1, 2025: Milton, GA 30004 Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL), 45-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Milton advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, GA) to meet the Red Elephants in a AAAAA Region 7 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Red Elephants enter the match with a record of 16-6. Gainesville won 77-61 in their recent league match against Roswell (Roswell, GA)
The Dolphins now own a 14-10 record.
