February 1, 2025: Orange City, IA 51041 The Stanley County Buffalos basketball squad (Fort Pierre, SD), was outscored 58-45 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA)
With the victory, Unity Christian advances its record to 16-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA) to meet the Lions in a Siouxland battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 3-12.
The Buffalos now own a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Todd County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. Stanley County will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 50-49 non-league win over McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD). The Falcons record now stands at 7-6.
