Next, the Cougars encounter the Linn-Mar Lions (Marion, IA) in a Mississippi Valley test, on Monday, February 3. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 3-16 record after their 62-38 non-league loss to Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA).
