In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains basketball team scored a good 49-37 win over the Old Fort Stockaders.

The Chieftains (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Crimson Streaks come into the Sandusky Bay - River battle with a 4-15 record.
