Illinois High School Basketball - Willows Academy crushes Tinley Park
February 1, 2025: Des Plaines, IL 60016 The Willows Academy Eagles (Des Plaines, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Tinley Park Titans (Tinley Park, IL), 57-20 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 20-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgewood for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Willows Academy will play a Rebels team coming off a 59-52 league win over Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 9-14.
With the loss, Tinley Park falls to 2-16 on the campaign. The Titans host Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL) to play the Meteors in a South Suburban - Blue bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Meteors go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Thornton Fractional North won 74-7 in their recent league bout against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)
