Illinois High School Basketball - Hansberry holds off UIC College Prep
February 1, 2025: Chicago, IL 60620 The Hansberry Bengals basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting UIC College Prep Firecats to 46 in the Bengals league triumph on Saturday.
The Bengals now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Urban Prep-Bronzeville for a non-league game on Monday, February 3.
With the loss, UIC College Prep falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Firecats travel to Mansueto (Chicago, IL) to confront the Leopards in a game on Saturday, February 8. The Leopards go into the game with a record of 1-5.
