The Mustangs (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Griffith (Griffith, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Griffith walloped Whiting (Whiting, IN), 72-56, in a league test.

The Governors now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they host Merrillville for a non-league test on Saturday, February 6. Hammond Morton will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 50-42 league loss to Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Pirates record now stands at 4-11.
