New York High School Basketball - Geneseo tops Le Roy

February 2, 2022: Geneseo, NY 14454

Geneseo Blue Devils (Geneseo, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Le Roy Oatkan Knights (Le Roy, NY), 52-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Geneseo upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host York (Retsof, NY) to play the Golden Knights in a Section 5 Livingston County III bout on Friday, February 4. The Golden Knights come into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Oatkan Knights play the World of Inquiry Griffins (Rochester, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 7. Le Roy will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record.
