Connecticut High School Basketball - East Catholic trounces Rockville
February 2, 2022: Manchester, CT 06042 The East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT), 53-21 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Berlin (Berlin, CT). The Redcoats go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Berlin walloped Maloney (Meriden, CT), 50-36, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Windsor Locks for a North Central Connecticut test on Friday, February 4. Rockville will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 38-35 league loss to Somers (Somers, CT). The Raiders record now stands at 8-5.
