The Hand Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Hamden Green Dragons to 35 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, February 4. Hand will battle a team coming off a 50-29 non-league win over Windsor (Windsor, CT). The record now stands at 17-1.

The Green Dragons (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Foran (Milford, CT). The Lions come into the Southern Connecticut - Quinnipiac contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Foran edged Branford (Branford, CT), 45-40, in a league contest.
