Florida High School Basketball - Hillsborough Baptist overwhelmed by Florida College Academy
February 2, 2023: Seffner, FL 33584 The Florida College Academy Falcons basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Hillsborough Baptist Lions to 28 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy at the Lakes for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Florida College Academy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 53-40 non-league loss to Cambridge Christian (Tampa, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-8.
The Lions (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Genesis Prep (New Port Richey, FL). The Panthers come into the Central Florida contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Genesis Prep was routed by Hillsborough Baptist (Seffner, FL), 80-37, in a league contest.
