Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Marana Tigers (Tucson, AZ), 101-93 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rincon/University upgrades its record to 18-8 on the campaign. The Rangers host Canyon del Oro (Tucson, AZ) to play the Dorados in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Dorados come into the bout with a record of 9-16. Canyon del Oro won 56-48 in their recent league bout against Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ)
