The Rock Canyon Jaguars basketball team (Highlands Ranch, CO), dropped 62-52 in Thursday's league battle with the host Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO)

The Golden Eagles now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota Ridge for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Mountain Vista will battle a Eagles team coming off a 68-51 non-league loss to Denver East (Denver, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 15-3.

The Jaguars (17-2) will now prepare for their battle against Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Mustangs come into the 6A/5A Continental battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Ponderosa prevailed over Chaparral (Parker, CO), 64-61, in a league battle.
