February 2, 2023: Wilson, NC 27893 The Wilson Christian Academy Chargers (Wilson, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Oak Forest Warriors (Wake Forest, NC), 51-47 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chargers (8-15) will now prepare for their test against Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC). The Heat go into the NCCSA AA East Region 4 test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Liberty Christian Academy got by Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC), 53-48, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 11-13 record. They play next when they host Chatham HomeSchool for a North Carolina Home Education - East test on Saturday, February 4. Oak Forest will encounter a Thunder squad coming off a 63-59 non-league win over Raleigh HomeSchool (Raleigh, NC). The Thunder record now stands at 21-10.
