The Gateway Olympians (Aurora, CO) basketball nipped the host Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), 58-56 in Thursday's league test.

The Olympians (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Skyview (Thornton, CO). The Wolverines go into the test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Skyview was tipped by Adams City (Commerce City, CO), 38-32, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Skyview for a test on Thursday, February 9.
