Belfield Bantams (Belfield, ND) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Richardton-Taylor Raiders (Richardton, ND), 45-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Belfield upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Bantams travel to Solen (Solen, ND) to play the Sioux in a B District 5 bout on Monday, February 5. The Sioux go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Raiders play the South Heart Eagles (South Heart, ND) in a B District 5 bout, on Monday, February 5. Richardton-Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 67-44 league loss to Flasher (Flasher, ND).
