Arkansas High School Basketball - Clarendon trounces Midland
February 2, 2024: Clarendon, AR 72029 The Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR), 71-48 in Friday's league test.
The Lions (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 24-4 record. In their last test, Marked Tree was trounced by Memphis Home Education Association (Memphis, TN), 62-46, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they host Harrisburg for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Midland will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 57-54 league loss to Rivercrest (Wilson, AR). The Hornets record now stands at 5-21.
