New Hampshire High School Basketball - ConVal nips Hollis-Brookline
February 2, 2024: Hollis, NH 03049 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the ConVal Cougars (Peterborough, NH) and the host Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers (Hollis, NH), saw ConVal's basketball squad hold off Hollis-Brookline by a tally of 60-57.
With the victory, ConVal improves its record to 1-10 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Stark (Weare, NH) to play the Generals in a Division II challenge on Monday, February 5. The Generals come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Stark lost 57-47 in their recent league challenge against Lebanon (Lebanon, NH)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Hollis-Brookline will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Sabers come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 58-30 league win over Kennett (Conway, NH).
