Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fargo North Spartans (Fargo, ND) and the visiting Grand Forks Central Knights (Grand Forks, ND), saw Fargo North's basketball squad hold off Grand Forks Central by a tally of 76-71.

With the victory, Fargo North improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Red River (Grand Forks, ND) to battle the Roughriders in a AA East battle on Tuesday, February 6.
