Towson Generals (Towson, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hereford Bulls (Parkton, MD), 58-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Towson upgrades its record to 8-9 on the season. The Generals travel to Catonsville (Baltimore, MD) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Catonsville won 56-42 in their recent league challenge against Patapsco (Baltimore, MD)

Next up, the Bulls confront the Lansdowne Vikings (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore County 1 challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Hereford will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 3-13 record after their 72-49 league loss to Kenwood (Baltimore, MD).
