Michigan High School Basketball - Inland Lakes overwhelms Pellston
February 2, 2024: Indian River, MI 49749 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Inland Lakes Bulldogs (Indian River, MI) and the visiting Pellston Hornets (Pellston, MI), saw Inland Lakes's basketball squad wallop Pellston by a tally of 83-49.
With the victory, Inland Lakes improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mancelona (Mancelona, MI) to play the Ironmen in a Ski-Valley challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Ironmen come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Mancelona lost 36-33 in their recent league challenge against St. Mary Cathedral (Gaylord, MI)
Next up, the Hornets play the Bellaire Eagles (Bellaire, MI) in a Ski-Valley challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Pellston will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 71-56 league win over Central Lake (Central Lake, MI).
