Colorado High School Basketball - Rock Canyon nips Mountain Vista
February 2, 2024: Highlands Ranch, CO 80124 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rock Canyon Jaguars (Highlands Ranch, CO) and the visiting Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO), saw Rock Canyon's basketball squad hold off Mountain Vista by a count of 67-64.
With the victory, Rock Canyon upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Ponderosa (Parker, CO) to play the Mustangs in a challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a challenge, on Monday, February 5. Mountain Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 62-47 non-league loss to ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO).
