The Okoboji Pioneers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Boyden-Hull Comets to 42 in the Pioneers league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheldon for a Siouxland contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The Comets (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Warriors enter the Siouxland contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Sioux Center ran past Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD), 49-30, in a non-league contest.
