Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX), 79-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fort Bend Austin upgrades its record to 30-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to play the Hurricanes in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 26-3. Fort Bend Hightower won 69-28 in their recent league bout against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX)

Next up, the Broncos play the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Fort Bend Bush will attempt to upgrade on its 10-19 season record.
