In Friday's league outing, the Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) basketball squad beat the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), by a margin of 45-34.

The Seahawks (8-15) will now prepare for their outing against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Bengals go into the AAAA Region 7 outing with a 13-9 record. In their last outing, Lucy Beckham defeated James Island (Charleston, SC), 47-40, in a league outing.
