Connecticut High School Basketball - Abbott RVT can't hold off Guilford
February 3, 2022: Danbury, CT 06811 The Guilford Grizzlies basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Abbott RVT Wolverines to 51 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hillhouse for a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset bout on Saturday, February 5. Guilford will play a Academics squad coming off a 77-70 non-league win over Windsor (Windsor, CT). The Academics record now stands at 10-5.
Next up, the Wolverines play the Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT) in a Connecticut Technical - West bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Abbott RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record.
