California High School Basketball - Pitman fells Downey

February 3, 2022: Modesto, CA 95355

Pitman Pride (Turlock, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Downey Knights (Modesto, CA), 42-33 in a league game.

In their next game, the Pride face the Turlock Bulldogs (Turlock, CA) in a Central California Athletic League game, on Tuesday, February 8. Pitman will attempt to move on its 11-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 10-14 record after their 59-44 league loss to Gregori (Modesto, CA).

With the defeat, Downey moves to 8-10 on the year. The Knights host Modesto (Modesto, CA) to face the Panthers in a Central California Athletic League game on Tuesday, February 8. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 1-12. Modesto lost 57-27 in their recent league game against Pitman (Turlock, CA)
