In Thursday's non-league outing, the Superior Wildcats (Superior, NE) basketball squad edged the visiting Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE), by a count of 43-38.

The Wildcats (17-3) will now prepare for their outing against Milford (Milford, NE). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 13-7 record. In their last outing, Milford held off Sutton (Sutton, NE), 56-51, in a non-league outing.
