February 3, 2023: St. Peters, MO 63376 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO) and the visiting Bishop DuBourg Cavaliers (St. Louis, MO), saw Lutheran's basketball squad overcome Bishop DuBourg by a tally of 70-53.
With the victory, Lutheran improves its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. St. Dominic lost 54-47 in their recent league challenge against St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Rock Bridge Bruins (Columbia, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Bishop DuBourg will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 81-40 non-league win over Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO).
