Idaho High School Basketball - Castleford tops Dietrich
February 3, 2023: Castleford, ID 83321 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Castleford Wolves (Castleford, ID) and the visiting Dietrich Blue Devils (Dietrich, ID), saw Castleford's basketball squad knock off Dietrich by a tally of 63-47.
With the victory, Castleford improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host Lighthouse Christian (Twin Falls, ID) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Lighthouse Christian lost 52-46 in their recent league challenge against Oakley (Oakley, ID)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Glenns Ferry Pilots (Glenns Ferry, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Dietrich will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Pilots come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 83-57 league loss to Valley (Hazelton, ID).
