Maryland High School Basketball - Frederick Christian Academy nips Harford Christian
February 3, 2023: Darlington, MD 21034 Frederick Christian Academy Defenders (Frederick, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Harford Christian (Darlington, MD), 27-26 in a league bout.
With the victory, Frederick Christian Academy upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Defenders travel to Covenant Life (Gaithersburg, MD) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 11-7.
Next up, the play the Perry Hall Christian (Perry Hall, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Harford Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The come into the bout with a 10-14 record after their 60-48 non-league win over New Covenant Christian (Abingdon, MD).
