Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Highlands trounces Greensburg Salem
February 3, 2023: Greensburg, PA 15601 The Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) basketball crushed the host Greensburg Salem Golden Lions (Greensburg, PA), 66-33 in Friday's league test.
The Golden Rams (16-3) will now prepare for their test against Indiana (Indiana, PA). The Little Indians go into the WPIAL 4A 1 test with a 6-13 record. In their last test, Indiana was trounced by Knoch (Saxonburg, PA), 53-45, in a league test.
The Golden Lions now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Freeport for a WPIAL 4A 1 test on Tuesday, February 7. Greensburg Salem will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 53-36 league loss to Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-8.
