Arizona High School Basketball - Liberty fells O'Connor
February 3, 2023: Peoria, AZ 85383 Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 61-49 in a league bout.
With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 20-6 on the season. The Lions host Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ) to play the Badgers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Badgers go into the bout with a record of 23-3. Tucson High Magnet School lost 71-60 in their recent non-league bout against Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ)
Next up, the Eagles play the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 8. O'Connor will attempt to upgrade on its 16-10 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 23-3 record after their 71-66 non-league win over Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).
