Michigan High School Basketball - Lowell nips Northview

February 3, 2023: Grand Rapids, MI 49525

Lowell Red Arrows (Lowell, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI), 51-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lowell upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Red Arrows travel to Greenville (Greenville, MI) to play the Yellow Jackets in a Ottawa-Kent - Bronze bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Greenville lost 56-52 in their recent non-league bout against East Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MI)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 4. Northview will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Abes go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 50-49 non-league win over Warren Woods-Tower (Warren, MI).
