February 3, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70112 In Friday's non-league outing, the New Orleans Charter Science & Math Chambered Nautilus (New Orleans, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Slaughter Community Charter Knights (Slaughter, LA), by a margin of 72-48.
The Chambered Nautilus (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA). The go into the 3A District 9 outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Haynes Academy was trounced by Reed (New Orleans, LA), 60-28, in a league outing.
The Knights now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Kentwood for a 1A District 9 outing on Monday, February 6.
