In Friday's non-league outing, the United Lions (Armagh, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA), by a margin of 72-48.

The Lions (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against River Valley (Blairsville, PA). The Panthers go into the Heritage outing with a 18-2 record. In their last outing, River Valley smashed West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA), 58-21, in a league outing.

The Red Devils now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Penn Cambria for a Laurel Highlands outing on Tuesday, February 7. Central Cambria will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 49-41 league win over Richland (Johnstown, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-10.
