The Cimarron Bluejays basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Lakin Broncs to 35 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bluejays now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hugoton for a Great Western contest on Tuesday, February 7. Cimarron will meet a Eagles team coming off a 47-31 non-league win over Colby (Colby, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.

The Broncs (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Scott (Scott City, KS). The Beavers enter the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Scott nudged Ulysses (Ulysses, KS), 53-36, in a non-league contest.
