Connecticut High School Basketball - Rockville holds off Windsor Locks
February 3, 2023: Vernon, CT 06066 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) and the visiting Windsor Locks Raiders (Windsor Locks, CT), saw Rockville's basketball squad hold off Windsor Locks by a tally of 32-30.
With the victory, Rockville improves its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT) to confront the Bulldogs in a North Central Connecticut challenge on Monday, February 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Stafford lost 49-35 in their recent league challenge against Somers (Somers, CT)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Granby Memorial Bears (Granby, CT) in a North Central Connecticut challenge, on Monday, February 6. Windsor Locks will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 41-32 league win over Coventry (Coventry, CT).
