Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Academy Park knocked off by Lancaster Mennonite
February 3, 2024: Lancaster, PA 17602 The Lancaster Mennonite Blazers basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Academy Park Knights to 53 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blazers now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennard-Dale for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Lancaster Mennonite will battle a Rams team coming off a 46-41 league loss to Eastern York (Wrightsville, PA). The Rams record now stands at 9-9.
The Knights (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA). The Patriots enter the Delaware Valley contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Penn Wood ran past Interboro (Prospect Park, PA), 67-57, in a league contest.
