Ohio High School Basketball - Perry overwhelmed by Bishop Watterson
February 3, 2024: Columbus, OH 43214 The Bishop Watterson Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Perry Pirates to 36 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hilliard Darby for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Bishop Watterson will battle a Panthers team coming off a 46-43 league win over Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-15.
The Pirates (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Eagles come into the Chagrin Valley - Lake contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Geneva triumphed over Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH), 90-61, in a league contest.
