February 3, 2024: Maxwell, IA 50161 The Collins-Maxwell-Baxter Raiders basketball team (Maxwell, IA), was overwhelmed 73-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Danville Bears (Danville, IA)
The Bears now possess a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Trinity Catholic for a SEI - South battle on Monday, February 5. Danville will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 54-53 non-league win over WACO (Wayland, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-4.
The Raiders (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Woodward-Granger trounced English Valleys (North English, IA), 66-27, in a non-league battle.
