February 3, 2024: Mayfield, KY 42066 The Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY), 78-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (17-6) will now prepare for their test against Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY). The Blue Tornado go into the non-league test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Paducah Tilghman was trounced by Marshall County (Benton, KY), 62-54, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Crittenden County for a District 5 test on Monday, February 5. Trigg County will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 71-68 non-league win over Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 3-15.
