New Jersey High School Basketball - Snyder ripped by Shabazz
February 3, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07305 The Shabazz Bulldogs basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Snyder Tigers to 54 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Caldwell Tech for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Shabazz will battle a Eagles team coming off a 72-57 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
The Tigers (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ). The Marauders enter the Hudson County - American contest with a 19-1 record. In their last contest, St. Peter's Prep triumphed over Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, NJ), 67-51, in a non-league contest.
