California High School Basketball - Kearny tops Hilltop
February 3, 2024: Chula Vista, CA 91910 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kearny Komets (San Diego, CA) and the host Hilltop Lancers (Chula Vista, CA), saw Kearny's basketball squad knock off Hilltop by a count of 44-36.
With the victory, Kearny upgrades its record to 3-9 on the campaign.
Next up, the Lancers play the Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Hilltop will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 68-13 non-league loss to Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA).
