Kentucky High School Basketball - Blazer crushes Conner
February 3, 2024: Ashland, KY 41102 Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY), 74-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Blazer upgrades its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Tomcats travel to Boyd County (Ashland, KY) to play the Lions in a District 64 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 18-6. Boyd County won 67-39 in their recent non-league bout against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY)
Next up, the Cougars play the Ryle Raiders (Union, KY) in a District 33 bout, on Monday, February 5. Conner will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 53-37 non-league win over Scott (Covington, KY).
