The Fallston Cougars basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Glen Burnie Gophers to 41 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harford Tech for a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake contest on Monday, February 5. Fallston will meet a Cobras team coming off a 52-37 league loss to Edgewood (Edgewood, MD). The Cobras record now stands at 5-9.

The Gophers (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast (Pasadena, MD). The Eagles enter the Anne Arundel County contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Northeast was routed by Severn School (Severna Park, MD), 51-23, in a non-league contest.
