North Dakota High School Basketball - Shanley overwhelms Hankinson
February 3, 2024: Fargo, ND 58104 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Shanley Deacons (Fargo, ND) and the visiting Hankinson Pirates (Hankinson, ND), saw Shanley's basketball squad wallop Hankinson by a count of 71-31.
With the victory, Shanley upgrades its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Deacons travel to Fargo South (Fargo, ND) to play the Bruins in a AA East challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 1-14. Fargo South lost 86-24 in their recent league challenge against Red River (Grand Forks, ND)
Next up, the Pirates play the Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison (Rogers, ND) in a B District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Hankinson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record.
