Kansas High School Basketball - Crest overwhelms Altoona-Midway

The Crest Lancers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Altoona-Midway Jets to 25 in the Lancers league triumph on Monday.

The Lancers now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Central Heights for a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, February 4. Crest will confront a Vikings team coming off a 52-29 league loss to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Altoona-Midway falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Chetopa (Chetopa, KS) to confront the Hornets in a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, February 4. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 2-10. Chetopa lost 50-40 in their recent league game against Yates Center (Yates Center, KS)
